Harry Potter and the Persian Persistence

I wrote about how plentiful unauthorized Persian (or Farsi) translations were when I revealed that I had uncovered 96 unauthorized translations across the eleven books that I track—17 of Philosopher’s Stone alone!

Well, they persist in coming. @mcallister_alaskagrown alerted me to another site that appeared to have previously-undiscovered Persian translations including (it turns out) two more Philosopher’s Stones. More are undoubtedly coming—one publisher that had published a PS and COS had a subsequent POA announcement on their instagram that did not seem to be available yet.

The total is now up to 19 unauthorized PS translations and 110 overall.

Since there are so many, I’ll only include the two PSs below; all the details are on TheList of course.

So lovely! Eye-catching and well-designed topic and image!
I really needed to dive into and enjoy breathing its atmosphere and each component. It’s like a simulated reality that transfers all the incredible feelings of compatibility.

Thanks! Discovering new unauthorized translations of the first book is more than impressive!

    Congrats! ✨️👍🎉
