Courtesy of @mcallister_alaskagrown, I got photos of the rest of the unauthorized Uzbek translations (PS-POA here). By far the most exciting thing is Harry rockin’ the ‘stache on the cover of HBP! The last two covers are odd though—for the most part the Uzbek translations have had decently appropriate covers. But HBP is clearly a DH cover and DH is clearly POA. Strange choices! (Update: the source of the HBP cover was located!)
Publishers appear to have changed again—Kamalak Press and Ilm-ziyo-zakovat—both of which appear in the global register, but again not with the ISBNs ranges on the books. All the ISBNs are well formed otherwise though, and all the individuals involved seem to be the same.
